We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven  Personal Lines Insurance Producer - Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, quoting, and selling a wide range of personal insurance products, including auto, home, umbrella, and other specialty policies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a deep understanding of the insurance industry. We are a growing independent insurance retail agency. Responsibilities

• Proactively generate leads and find new prospects through various methods, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Consult with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Quote and bind policies using our agency management systems and carrier portals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates and foster referral opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product changes, and new regulations.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales and policy lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. *  Strong ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with CRM Systems and agency management systems - We use EPIC management system.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
