Responsabilidades Operar la instalación de 40,000 pies cuadrados y supervisar todas las operaciones diarias. Desarrollar, planificar y gestionar la programación de enriquecimiento y mentoría para más de 550 jóvenes. Dirigir la utilización del espacio y coordinar la programación de diferentes áreas del Centro. Liderar y desarrollar un equipo diverso de personal de primera línea e instructores de programas. Supervisar la calidad del programa y garantizar que todas las experiencias del Centro—STEM, Artes, Medios y Podcasting, Desarrollo Profesional, Salud y Bienestar, Tecnología, Apoyo Académico y Preparación para la Carrera—se alineen con la misión y los estándares de calidad. Gestionar horarios, entrenar al personal y monitorear la calidad del programa. Supervisar las operaciones de la recepción y gestionar finanzas de la unidad. Desarrollar asociaciones y coordinar eventos, iniciativas y proyectos especiales a nivel organizacional. Promover una cultura que refleje la misión, los valores y el compromiso con la excelencia en el desarrollo juvenil. Defender la innovación, la colaboración, la responsabilidad y la mejora continua en toda la organización. Calificaciones y Requisitos Título de licenciatura en Desarrollo Juvenil, Trabajo Social, Educación, Gestión de Organizaciones Sin Fines de Lucro o campo relacionado. Mínimo 5 años de experiencia progresiva en programas para jóvenes. Experiencia demostrada en supervisión de instalaciones de uso múltiple. Capacidad para contratar, desarrollar, supervisar a equipos, gestionar presupuestos y priorizar en un entorno dinámico. Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación. Debes pasar una verificación de antecedentes y tener licencia de conducir válida. Compensación y Beneficios El salario es acorde con la experiencia y las calificaciones.
