Things we don’t do

• Capping what you can earn

The math, out loud

• 20 visits/week: $84,000
• 25 visits/week: $106,000
• 30 visits/week: $125,000
• And if you know another great PT, we’ll pay you $750 once they complete 30 visits with us. There’s no cap on referrals either.

Your week, roughly

• Evaluate new patients in their homes and build plans of care that make sense
• Reassess progress, adjust treatment, and prescribe exercise programs patients will actually follow
• Keep documentation tidy in our EMR
• Stay in touch with patients and referring providers by chat and phone

You’ll thrive here if you

• Hold a current NYS PT license and have your NYS CEUs done
• Carry current BLS certification
• Are based in Manhattan
• Run a tight ship: organized, efficient, a clear communicator
• Want to build toward 20 to 30+ visits a week, not dabble
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit. You’re looking to own your schedule, work hard, and earn more for the work you put in.

The fine print, said out loud

• This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You control your schedule, including the number of visits per week and treatment location.
• You must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We can’t sponsor or take over visas right now.
