Responsibilities: * Assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination. * Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient's goals, needs, and lifestyle. * Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain. * Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation. * Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey. Qualifications: * Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice) * Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care * CPR and first aid certification required * Experience with general outpatient orthopedics, either as a licensed Physical Therapist or during clinical rotations for new graduates. #CH About: Compensation: $85K - $112K * +, with an optional higher-caseload compensation model and additional compensation for eligible certifications.
