Job Summary:

• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and American Heart Association (AHA) recognition; 2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred; experience with Epic electronic medical record system; active license in the state or a compact license in hand at time of submittal; travel experience required.
• Additional Qualifications: Proficiency with managing ports, arterial lines, hemodynamic monitoring, and dysrhythmia interpretation; ability to handle busy telemetry units, perform wound care, manage IVs and multiple lines, and respond to rapid response teams.
• Certifications: BLS, NIHSS, ACLS
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with at least 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: This role involves caring for adult patients with cardiac diagnoses, including post-cardiac surgery, cardiac angiograms, and hemodialysis management. The unit provides interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and social services.
• Registration & Submission: Candidates must have a current license, meet the certification requirements, and be able to complete onboarding modules within 48 hours of contract signing.
