Benefits Enrollment Specialist

Help clients make confident decisions about protection for themselves and their families. AO Globe Life is seeking Benefits Enrollment Specialists for a fully remote opportunity supporting members and families across our markets. You will help clients understand insurance options and guide them through a needs-based review process. We are looking for candidates who are motivated by service, personal growth, and the opportunity to build a high-performing career.
Core Duties

- Work with warm leads supplied by the company
- Schedule and conduct virtual client meetings
- Review individual and family insurance needs
- Educate clients on life, accident, and supplemental health coverage
- Build trust through clear communication and follow-up
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records
- 100% remote role
