Seeking a Family Law Attorney with demonstrated ability to handle all phases of family law cases, including client intake, discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas, in good standing, with experience or strong interest in family law.
• Demonstrated ability to handle all phases of family law cases, including client intake, discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills to draft clear, persuasive pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement documents.
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and emotionally charged situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Effective negotiation and advocacy skills for settlement discussions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple matters, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with law practice management software, document management tools, and standard office applications.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; prior experience in a family law practice, clinic, or clerkship is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and delivering high-quality service to a diverse client base
