Litigation Attorney - Indianapolis

Position Litigation Attorney – Indianapolis office, Amundsen Davis Job Summary Represent clients in commercial litigation and general liability matters, handling all phases of litigation. Responsibilities Represent clients in civil litigation, including commercial and general liability cases. Handle all phases of litigation from pre‑trial to trial and appeal. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial materials. Prepare and communicate with clients regarding strategy and case status. Qualifications Licensed to practice law in Indiana. Minimum four years of experience as a practicing attorney in civil litigation. Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
