This includes paid search, Google LSA's/BP's, email SMS campaigns, programmatic advertising, and other digital platforms. This role is responsible for optimizing performance, reducing cost-per-lead, increasing booked jobs, and ensuring every campaign aligns with the Five Star brand voice and growth goals. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Strategically manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (search, display, remarketing, performance max). Plan, build, and send segmented email and SMS campaigns with compelling CTA's. LSA Performance: Own performance of Google Local Services Ads - adjust budgets, dispute leads, and maintain top 3 placement. Google Business Profile Optimization: Maintain and optimize Google Business Profiles with weekly updates, keyword-rich content, nd review responses. Performance Analysis: Launch and oversee programmatic advertising campaigns, including audience targeting and creative rotation. Lead Generation: Analyze lead generation performance and track attribution to improve ROI. Brand Alignment: Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure branded, conversion-focused assets. Tracking and Reporting: Ensure proper tracking and reporting using UTM parameters, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools. Monitor Trends: Monitor competitive trends and platform updates to keep the organization ahead in digital strategy.
