Sales Executive

Location: Palm Springs, CA

Our Client is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Palm Springs, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property restoration sales, established relationships within the Coachella Valley market, and a proven track record of generating new business.

This role is responsible for developing commercial and residential restoration opportunities, building long-term relationships with property managers, insurance professionals, and business owners, and positioning Our Client as the first call when property damage occurs.

Prior restoration experience is required. Candidates must live within approximately 30 minutes of Palm Springs / Coachella Valley.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow commercial and residential restoration business.
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, site visits, industry events, referrals, and account development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial property managers, HOA/community managers, hotels, resorts, insurance professionals, facility managers, and property owners.
• Develop referral partnerships with insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, roofers, contractors, and other industry professionals.
• Promote Our Client’s restoration services, including:
  • Emergency response
  • Water damage restoration
  • Fire and smoke damage restoration
  • Mold remediation
  • Storm damage restoration
  • Environmental services
  • Contents restoration
  • General contracting and reconstruction
• Establish preferred-vendor relationships and emergency response partnerships.
• Identify new accounts and expand business throughout Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Indio, Rancho Mirage, La Quinta, Cathedral City, and surrounding Riverside County.
• Build relationships before a loss occurs and become the customer’s first call after property damage.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and follow-up communications to convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity, customer information, and pipeline updates.
• Track sales performance, revenue, new accounts, and business development goals.
• Collaborate with operations and project management teams to support a smooth customer experience.
• Attend networking events and support urgent customer needs, including occasional after-hours communication.

• 3–5+ years of successful B2B outside sales or business development experience.
• Prior property restoration experience is required.
• Experience selling commercial and residential restoration services.
• Experience working with TPAs (Third-Party Administrators) and property management companies.
• Established relationships within Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Indio, Rancho Mirage, La Quinta, Cathedral City, or the broader Coachella Valley market.
• Proven ability to generate new business and build a book of accounts.
• Strong understanding of water, fire, mold, storm, and other property damage restoration services.
• Proven sales results, including revenue generated, new accounts opened, pipeline size, and quota achievement.
• Strong prospecting, networking, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage prospects, follow-ups, and sales pipelines.
• Ability to respond quickly to urgent property-loss situations and customer needs.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
• Must live within approximately 30 minutes of Palm Springs / Coachella Valley.

• Experience selling emergency response plans or preferred-vendor agreements.
• Familiarity with water, fire, mold, asbestos, contents, and large-loss restoration.
• Existing relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, roofers, and property-management associations.
• IICRC certification or familiarity with IICRC standards.
• Participation in BOMA, CAI, IFMA, local chambers, hospitality associations, or insurance networking groups.
