Are you a Clinical Fellow (CF) looking for an exciting opportunity with a leading provider of home-based services? Are you eager to gain valuable experience and develop your clinical skills while being part of a dynamic team?
This full-time or part-time position offers compassionate and nurturing long-term therapy to children and adults with disabilities. Helping people succeed is at the heart of all we do. You will receive support and mentorship from experienced professionals as you grow your skills and build your career in speech-language therapy.
As a Clinical Fellow, you are starting your journey to become a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. Your passion for success, willingness to learn, and dedication to making a positive impact will help you thrive in this role. You’ll have the opportunity to enhance individuals' strengths and capabilities, support them in regaining independence, and empower them to lead fulfilling lives. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team that encourages knowledge-sharing and continuous growth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for clients
- Work with children and adults with disabilities, promoting their communication skills and overall development
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, including progress notes and treatment goals
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other professionals to optimize care
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Currently completing or recently completed a Clinical Fellowship (CF) year
- Eligible for or currently in the process of obtaining state SLP licensure
- Valid state driver’s license
