Give us a call opt 1 Job Details: Shift: 12H Nights Total Weekly Hours: 36 Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Trauma Level: Facility Specific Job Notes: Required Skills/Certifications/Experience: - Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Years Experience REQUIRED - Traveler Experience: Unit WILL NOT accept first-time travelers. - Skills: ICP Monitoring, Ventilator Management, Telemetry - Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIHSS Job Requirements & Qualifications: - Travel Experience Required: Yes - Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS - Skills: - Arterial line management - BiPAP/CPAP management - Blood Product Administration - Care of Ventilated Patient - Central line care/management - Continuous IV sedation - CVA/Acute Stroke management - Hypothermia protocol/Arctic Sun - ICP monitoring - Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs) - Interpretation of dysrhythmias - Isolation Precautions/PPE - IV insulin protocols - Lumbar drains - Management of dysrhythmias - Neuro Intensive Care Unit - Post Neurosurgery management - Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring* - Starting and maintaining IVs* - Titrate Cardiac drips - Titrate Vasoactive drips - Traumatic Brain injury - Ventilator Management* Qualifications: - Local candidates (50 miles): Lower rate applies. - RTO: Up to 7 days auto approved (no holidays). Must work 2 of 3 major holidays. No RTO during the first week. All RTO must be pre-approved. Cannot request additional RTO after signing. - NC or Compact license pending OK for submittal. - Floating: Candidates must be open to floating within/near facility per job description. - Travel pairs: Allowed (must be on different units and disclosed).
