This team works closely with hiring leaders, talent acquisition partners, and early-career program stakeholders to attract and hire talent that supports current and future business needs.This is a remote U.S.-based position with regular collaboration across recruiting teams, hiring managers, and external partners. The role requires up to 40% travel during peak recruiting seasons to support campus engagement, recruiting events, career fairs, and partner school activities throughout the United States.This position will report to the Engineering Intern Recruiting Team Lead.As a Senior Campus Recruiting Specialist, you will lead campus recruiting initiatives that build and strengthen early-career talent pipelines across targeted universities, student organizations, and strategic talent programs.
