Lease. Lease!* Exceed our future and current resident experience. Engage with them!* Greet, tour, show, close on all qualified future residents.* Process income, rental, and employment to verify qualification standards.* Perform outreach and online marketing. Engage and participate in Resident Events.* Manage fair housing, regulatory and compliance related services.* Walk the property and clean up the office and model apartments as needed.Who you are:* 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent in a multifamily setting or 2 years’ experience in customer service experience* Must be consistently detail oriented.* Strong organizational skills.* Excellent written and verbal skills.* Ability to listen and understand goals.* Ability to think creatively and innovatively.* Knowledge of ResMan a plus* Valid driver license and auto liability insurance is **required*** Must have reliable transportationYour core values:* Positive attitude* Outstanding customer service; able to consistently surprise and delight our residents* A true team player - willing to work and support at all levelsOur Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday; 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday; closed, Sunday. The Leasing Agent position requires the ability to work weekends.
