Travel ER RN

Role: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) providing urgent, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. Responsibilities: Assess and triage patients, explain procedures, administer treatments, prepare equipment, monitor patient safety, document care, respond to emergencies, collaborate with healthcare teams, and ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols. Qualifications: One year of recent ER experience, valid RN license, current BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications. Preferred certifications include TNCC, NIHSS, CPI, NRP, and SANE. Skills & Abilities: Critical thinking, excellent communication, technical proficiency, physical ability to move equipment and patients, and strong interpersonal skills. Must handle high-pressure situations and work effectively with diverse teams. Key Duties: Rapid patient assessment, emergency care implementation, medication administration, equipment preparation, patient monitoring, documentation, patient education, and team collaboration.
