About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Finance and Accounting to lead the financial, accounting, treasury, controls, and investor reporting functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operational partnerships, managing key management KPIs, and ensuring operational excellence through the implementation of metrics and controls. This role involves comparing sales and profit projections to actual figures, defining financial reporting packages, and analyzing financial data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. The VP will also be the main liaison with external partners, including attorneys, auditors, and banks, and will be expected to manage corporate accounting, treasury, and financial systems. Applicants for the VP of Finance and Accounting position at the company should have a background in consumer products, eCommerce, M&A-centric, or wholesale environments. Experience with financial software such as Hyperion, NetSuite, Intacct, MS Dynamics GP, Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close, SmartView, OneStream, or Adaptive Insights is a plus. The role requires a candidate who is adept at communicating with professionals across various functions, from manufacturing to C-level executives, and who is capable of managing and communicating project timelines, and deliverables, and working with key stakeholders to ensure the completion of tasks. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to prepare and assist in the creation of financial projections, and will be a trusted partner in the development and refinement of the company's strategic goals.
