We're growing and looking for passionate professionals to join our team of more than 200 dedicated staff members providing Family Preservation, Reunification, and community-based behavioral health services.

Home Based Family Caseworker I

Base Salary Starting at $41,000 Annually

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Total Earnings Opportunity

Caseworkers may earn additional income through:

• Overtime opportunities
• Performance bonuses

Employees in this role have earned between $41,000 and $62,000 annually, with higher earnings reflecting overtime and bonus compensation.

Average annual earnings: $44,900

Home-Based Family Caseworker II

Base Salary Starting at $36,920 Annually

Qualifications

One of the following:

• Associate degree plus four years of experience providing services to families
• High School Diploma/GED plus four years of experience providing services to families

Total Earnings Opportunity

Caseworkers may earn additional income through:

• Overtime opportunities
• Performance bonuses

Employees in this role have earned between $36,920 and $50,000 annually, with higher earnings reflecting overtime and bonus compensation.

Average annual earnings: $43,775
