Assembly Technician

Assembly Line TechnicianWe are seeking a dependable Manufacturing Assembly Technician to assemble electrical and mechanical components for industrial control systems and equipment. This role involves building control panels, cutting and terminating heavy-gauge wire, assembling subcomponents, and preparing finished products for testing and shipment.Responsibilities:Assemble control panels, electrical components, and mechanical assemblies according to specificationsCut, strip, crimp, and terminate heavy-gauge wireMount and install sub-assemblies into larger unitsInspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracyAssist with production line operations and material handlingLoad and unload materials, components, and equipmentOperate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safelyFollow all safety procedures and manufacturing standardsQualifications:Mechatronics training or 2+ years of manufacturing/assembly experience requiredAbility to use hand tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, and basic power toolsExperience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documentationAbility to operate basic production and material handling equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to lift and move heavy materials and equipment as neededJob Type & Location:This is a permanent position based out of Trussville, AL.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr.
