This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, understand their needs, and help them find the perfect vehicle while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Present, explain, and demonstrate new and preowned vehicles to potential buyers.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to closing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle features, pricing, and promotions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate with finance and service departments to ensure smooth transactions.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Previous experience in automotive sales or related customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions.
• Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with new and preowned vehicle inventory is a plus.

• Weekly compensation of $300.00 plus commissions paid every week.
