Log in or create your free ClearanceJobs profileJob RequirementsByron, GA Secret Polygraph Unspecified Career Level not specified Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salariesJob DescriptionDescriptionPerform specific, routine project or technical tasks within defined scope of management responsibilityPerform project/technical management for assigned subsystem(s)Apply and correlate knowledge across disciplines (engineering, logistics, and financial management) to achieve project execution in accordance with assigned cost, schedule & performance requirementsDevelop and recommend project plans, budgeting positions, and execution strategyAssist in the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product/technical requirements into solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints; identify associated risksProvide higher management with status and decision information on project issuesEnsure contractual needs/concerns are addressedEnsure timely and accurate submission of all report/deliverablesParticipate in company program reviewsCommunicate cost, schedule, and performance with managementProvide guidance/solutions as necessaryInterpret engineering technical data package related to indentured Bill of Material (iBOM) and the manufacturing of metal, composite and wire harnessesCoordinate workflow with supply chain, production teams, outside vendors and logistic manager to ensure on time deliveriesOther duties as assignedRequirements Education/Training:Bachelor's Degree in technical, business, or related field requiredDepartment of Defense Acquisition (DAU) PM certification, PMP, or degree in Program Management or equivalent is highly desiredExperience:5+ years of Program Management or associated experience with Government or IndustryFamiliarity with packaging, kit and shipping MIL-STDs requiredSecurity:Must be a US citizenActive US issued clearance level Secret or higher requiredPhysical RequirementsAble to occasionally reach with hands and armsProlonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a deskAdhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a timeBenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Short Term & Long Term DisabilityTraining & DevelopmentWellness Resourcesgroup id: 10290392
