Operations Program Manager

Program Manager We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive strategic cross‑functional initiatives vital to Anthropic's growth. This collaborative leader will partner across the organization to scope new programs, facilitate operational planning, and execute project work. Responsibilities Engage with leaders in Strategy, Operations, Go‑to‑Market, Product, and more to understand priorities and align on solutions. Develop integrated program plans by synthesizing input from diverse stakeholders. Build consensus and manage timelines across functions to deliver on strategic goals. Apply excellent project management discipline to drive complex, ambiguous programs to completion. Analyze performance and iterate processes with an eye toward continuous improvement. Clearly communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to executive audiences. Qualifications 7+ years of professional experience in strategic program/project management. Track record managing business‑critical, cross‑functional initiatives in technology or high‑growth environments. Skilled at navigating organizational complexity, building relationships, and influencing without authority. Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to distill complex ideas for diverse audiences at all levels. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities. Passionate about Anthropic's mission of developing steerable and beneficial AI systems. Annual Salary The expected salary range for this position is $200k–$240k. Logistics Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in our office at least 25% of the time. US Visa Sponsorship We do sponsor visas.
