Accounting Administrator

New Equipment AdministratorThe New Equipment Administrator performs a variety of accounting, administrative, and data entry functions in support of equipment inventory, billing, and sales workflow processes. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate new equipment records, coordinating billing activities, reconciling equipment transactions, and supporting sales and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of equipment-related transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and process equipment sales center activities for an assigned region of locations.Review and receipt new equipment invoices from manufacturers and third-party vendors.Process daily transactions to ensure accurate cost assignment for all new equipment inventory.Perform weekly reconciliations between equipment invoices and sales center records.Research and resolve discrepancies involving missing, inaccurate, or unidentified equipment records.Support the review and processing of sales transactions through established workflow procedures.Assist with oversight and processing of equipment-related transactions across multiple dealership locations.Maintain accurate records and documentation to support inventory accountability and financial reporting.Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure process accuracy and efficiency.QualificationsRequiredAssociate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.High attention to detail and accuracy.Strong written and verbal communication skills.General knowledge of accounting systems and accounting principles.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.Salary Range: $43,000 – $53,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.PreferredExperience with inventory management, billing, or accounting processes.Familiarity with equipment, manufacturing, agriculture, or dealership environments.Experience with document management systems.Success ProfileThe ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining data accuracy.
