Accounting Clerk - Unanet

Cervello Global Corporation is seeking a detail‑oriented and innovative Part‑Time Accounting Clerk to join our team in Safety Harbor, FL (Corporate Office). The ideal candidate is proficient in accounting and bookkeeping, an expert in Unanet software, and passionate about AI and cryptocurrency. Key Duties and Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly recorded. Process accounts payable/receivable and manage invoices. Reconciling bank statements and ensuring compliance with company financial policies. Use Unanet to manage project costs, budgets, and financial reporting. Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing processes. Conduct data analysis and reporting to support financial decision‑making. Stay updated on AI and cryptocurrency trends and provide insights into their financial implications. Collaborate with the finance and technology teams to integrate innovative solutions into accounting practices. Qualifications Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role. Proficiency in Unanet software is required. Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures. Interest or experience in artificial intelligence and cryptocurrency is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a part‑time capacity. Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience. Work Schedule Flexible part‑time hours, with a 4‑day work week up to 32 hours per week. Compensation Competitive hourly rate based on experience and expertise.
