Pay or shift range: $18 USD to $21 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons. Description It is an exciting time to join our accounting team! Morgan Auto Group is seeking a quality Accounting Clerk to join our growing team at our Coconut Creek location in Florida. Pay range depending on experience! This is not a remote position. Team building activities Flexible work schedule Continual training & Advancement opportunities Health insurance, Dental insurance, Vision, Life, Disability insurance 401(k) with company match Health Savings Account Responsibilities Statement reconciliations Processing product payments as needed with vendors (ex safe-guard) Process cancellations and submissions with each product vendor Post product vendor payment statements in DMS Post daily manufacturer product invoices Maintain related schedules making notes as needed Qualifications Excel workbook skills required, basic formulas & V lookup Team player, integrity and strong work ethics, attention to detail, and Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communications with peers and customers Automotive software experience helpful Reynolds and Reynolds or ADP
