Position Summary Job Classification Title : Social Worker Clinical (NS) – Grade NC14 (Recruitment Range: $50,633 – $88,607). The Clinical Social Worker is responsible for facilitating therapeutic group sessions within the Hope and Wellness Center treatment program, implementing evidence‑based interventions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members. Responsibilities Facilitate therapeutic group sessions for inpatient psychiatric patients. Develop and implement group‑based interventions using evidence‑based modalities. Continuously assess group participant needs, monitor dynamics, and adapt interventions to meet treatment goals. Document participant responses, performance, and progress toward goals in comprehensive treatment plans. Serve on Hope and Wellness Center and/or hospital‑wide committees and workgroups as required. Maintain licensure and comply with all state regulations for Licensed Clinical Social Workers. Qualifications Master’s degree from an accredited school of social work. Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of North Carolina. Knowledge of social work principles, techniques, and practices applicable to inpatient psychiatric treatment. Ability to apply DSM‑5 criteria and psychopathology knowledge to develop evidence‑based therapeutic interventions in a group setting. Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse patient populations. Experience in establishing and maintaining therapeutic relationships and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Compensation and Benefits The position offers a competitive salary range of $50,633 to $88,607 and may include a $5,000 sign‑on bonus, contingent on budget approval.
