• Role - ServiceNow Developer (HRSD / ITSM)
• Location - Denver, CO (Hybrid)
• Pay - $80 - $120 per hour
• Length - Full-time
• Utilization - 40 hours per week

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions, focusing on either HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or IT Service Management (ITSM). You will work within a collaborative, cross-functional team, partnering with stakeholders, architects, and consultants to design and implement scalable solutions that drive efficiency and business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across HRSD or ITSM modules
• Configure workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
• Support platform enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance
• Perform testing (unit, system, and UAT support) and troubleshoot system issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Hands-on expertise in either:
• HRSD (Case Management, Knowledge, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events), or
• ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management)
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting frameworks
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
