About the Role Flow Grocer is a new neighborhood store that stocks thoughtful grocery and pantry items, unsprayed produce and flowers, local breads, and non‑toxic home goods. Our focus is local where possible, environment‑forward brands, and ‘better for you’ items to serve our Flow neighbors and community. We support emerging businesses in the food and beverage space who deserve an opportunity to shine, without the larger costs traditionally being placed on them to be in grocery stores. We observe a purchasing philosophy that ensures we have no artificial sweeteners, colors, flavors, hormones or hormone disrupters, or GMO ingredients. Team Lead : You will greet customers, serve as a subject‑matter expert in all products to make recommendations, process and pack grocery orders, open and/or close the store, assist in the inventory and ordering and receiving of goods, and maintain a beautiful and clean space within the store. We are looking for a customer focused Team Lead with a passion for food and environmental initiatives. A curiosity about the people we are serving will bring a strong sense of hospitality to our space. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for collaboration and creating community through food. This is a full‑time position that requires schedule flexibility with rotating shifts that fall between the hours of 7:00 am through 9:00 pm.
