Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client symptoms associated with mood disorders, detailing the intensity, frequency, and duration of these symptoms.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients’ unique needs and preferences, applying modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others relevant to relationship issues.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care practices to foster empowerment and recovery.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to create a cohesive care experience that addresses all facets of a client’s health.

• Stay updated with current mood disorder research and best practices to continually refine treatment approaches.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
