Independently assess and manage the care of students with special health care needs. The ability to perform a variety of specialized health care procedures and medication administration. Strong communication skills, flexibility in working across school sites & staff collaboratively. DESIRED: Previous experience working with children/adults with special healthcare needs. Experience with case management of chronic health conditions i.e. diabetes.
