Competitive pay based on experience Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Life, Accident & Critical Illness Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Vacation, Holidays & Sick Time Overtime opportunities Career advancement within a growing company Supportive team environment where your work matters Work with some of the biggest names in the construction and heavy equipment industry What You'll Do As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a critical role in keeping our service department running efficiently by: Delivering exceptional customer service in person and over the phone Creating repair estimates and opening service work orders Scheduling equipment repairs and coordinating shop workflow Communicating with customers regarding repair progress and completion Ordering and tracking parts to minimize equipment downtime Working closely with technicians to ensure repairs stay on schedule Maintaining accurate service records and documentation Monitoring job progress to ensure quality and customer satisfaction Supporting a safe, organized, and productive work environment What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and enjoys working with both customers and technicians. Qualifications: Customer service experience required Previous Service Writer experience is a plus Experience in heavy equipment, construction equipment, diesel, trucking, agriculture, or automotive industries preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Computer proficiency and ability to learn service management software Experience scheduling work or coordinating workflow preferred Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Ability to occasionally lift heavy parts as needed Schedule MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Occasional Saturdays during busy periods Overtime available Join the ETI Team If you're looking for more than just a jobif you want a career with a respected company that values hard work, teamwork, and customer satisfactionwe encourage you to apply today.
