Quality and Compliance Manager

My client is seeking a detail‑oriented, self‑driven professional to support product quality, color, and compliance initiatives. This role ensures products meet brand, regulatory, and safety standards while driving cross‑functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Support quality and compliance programs, ensuring adherence to color, performance, workmanship, and regulatory standards Partner with Design, Product Development, and Production to resolve quality issues across the product lifecycle Review reports and documentation to ensure alignment with product standards Manage corrective action plans and track issue resolution Maintain sustainability certifications (GRS, GOTS) in third‑party systems Monitor supplier performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement efforts Oversee invoice processing and daily operational tasks, including sample reviews and communications Qualifications Knowledge of color evaluation, testing standards, and regulatory compliance Experience with labeling and restricted substance programs Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5–7 years in quality control/compliance Experience with major retailers (Walmart, Costco, Sam’s Club) Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and PowerPoint #J-18808-Ljbffr
