Senior Manager, People & Organization - East & Central

Summary The Senior Manager, People & Organization for the East & Central market leads execution of core HR processes across multiple fashion boutiques, partnering closely with Boutique Leadership Teams to develop leadership, drive performance, and foster an inclusive culture. Primarily based in the DC City Center boutique, this hands‑on and strategic role supports boutiques in Tysons, Boston, King of Prussia, Chicago, Troy and New Jersey and requires regular in‑person presence. The role balances talent development, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance to support business objectives. Responsibilities Lead and execute core HR processes across boutiques in the East & Central market. Partner with Boutique Leadership Teams to onboard, coach, and develop leaders and front‑line employees. Support talent development, organizational design, workforce planning, succession and performance review processes. Manage performance issues, provide coaching and counsel, and support disciplinary actions and exits. Work with Talent Acquisition to forecast hiring needs, support sourcing strategies, and lead in‑person recruitment events. Conduct and manage employee relations investigations and consult with Employee Relations, Legal, and Total Rewards as needed. Ensure compliance with policies and partner with cross‑functional teams on leaves, accommodations, and workers’ compensation. Requirements 7+ years of core HR (HR Generalist) experience. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Prior HR experience in a retail or wholesale environment preferred. Demonstrated employee relations experience, including investigations and case management. Strong verbal and written communication, relationship‑building, discretion, and judgment. Comfort with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and performing basic analysis in Excel. Ability to be in‑boutique three days per week and travel to support boutiques across the market. #J-18808-Ljbffr
