Supply Chain Management Lead The Supply Chain Management Lead is responsible for managing supplier performance, mitigating supply chain risks, and ensuring material availability to support production and customer delivery requirements. This role serves as a key liaison between suppliers, procurement, planning, manufacturing, and program leadership to proactively address supply disruptions, drive supplier accountability, and support operational excellence. The Supply Chain Management Lead exercises independent judgment in prioritizing activities, resolving complex supply chain challenges, and implementing corrective actions to support business objectives. What You Will Do Cultivate ongoing supplier relationships Balance production schedules to prevent shortages or overstock Collaborate with manufacturing, planners and value stream leaders to leverage order priority and manage escalation aiding in program recovery Proactively monitor supply chain disruptions and implement risk mitigation Complete root cause analysis of disruption using 5Y or similar methodology Prioritize supplier shipment methods according to buyer expectations Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, supplier performance data, and related metrics using MS Excel and SAP tools; identify trends or areas for improvement What You Will Bring Associate degree in related field, in lieu of degree, 4 years of SCM experience Minimum 5 years SCM experience APICS or CPIM strongly preferred Preferred experience in electronics and aerospace industry Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills High intermediate experience with MS Excel and MRP/ERP systems Effective decision‑making skills with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment Observes all safety rules per OSHA guidelines U.S. citizenship required for the nature of the work Pay Range $78,000 to $83,000 per year. Compensation decisions are based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job‑related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan. Work Requirements This role is an on‑site position located in Phoenix, AZ. You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours Shop floor environment may include extensive walking and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Travel Requirements Due to the nature of the work, up to 10% travel may be required. Citizenship Requirement U.S. citizenship is required for the nature of the work.
