Job Title

Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (LDRP)

Florence, SC

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) setting with patient ratios of 1:2, 1:1, and 1:3 couplets
• Manage and monitor high-risk obstetric patients throughout the labor and delivery process
• Provide couplet care for mother and newborn in the postpartum period
• Participate in on-call requirements, including two 12-hour on-call shifts per 6-week period
• Work every third weekend as part of the standard schedule
• Document patient care accurately using the Epic electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience
• Active South Carolina RN license or Multi-State/Compact RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• AWHONN Beginner and AWHONN Intermediate certifications required
• Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) and NRP certifications required
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• AWHONN Advanced certification
• STABLE certification
• Experience with Omnicell medication management system
