Observe client behavior and intervene appropriately. Provide effective people security (headcounts, room checks, client movement, etc.). Process intakes and screen clients. Implement daily activity schedule – structure and coordinate client activities (family night, recreation, etc.). Facilitate and document various psychoeducational groups/meetings (theme groups, D&A education seminars, process and procedure meetings, etc.). Facilitate the decision‑making process. Aid in mentoring/orienting the LSWII’s. Supervise self‑administration of medication. Ensure that the treatment unit has adequate supplies (toilet paper, shampoo, cleaning supplies, etc.). Support the Abraxas philosophy and mission and promote the Seven Key Principles of Care. Demonstrate appropriate use of Safe Crisis Management techniques and skills.
