Remote Clinical Review Pharmacist — PBM & Appeals Expert

SmithRx

SmithRx is seeking a Clinical Review Pharmacist to review prior authorization requests, support clinical programs, and guide providers, pharmacies, and members in a fast-paced, remote setting.

The role requires PharmD or B.S. Pharm, active licensure, and 2+ years of pharmacy experience, with strong communication and regulatory knowledge. Zone-based pay applies, with a structured benefits package.
