Travel, Hospitality & Culinary Expert, PowerPoint Review & Reconstruction

Role Overview

Improve travel, hospitality, and culinary business presentations while providing high-quality domain input that helps train and evaluate AI systems. This remote contract role focuses on reconstructing and refining executive-ready PowerPoint slides.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze images of business slides covering travel, hospitality, and culinary topics.
• Rebuild and enhance slides in Microsoft PowerPoint, improving data visualization, visual storytelling, and presentation design.
• Edit content for clarity and impact while preserving factual accuracy, industry definitions, context, and caveats.
• Maintain detailed records of changes and the rationale for retaining effective original elements.
• Review and improve executive materials including property performance reviews, guest-experience summaries, food and beverage strategies, and occupancy or demand forecasts.
• Establish clear message hierarchy, support exhibit choices, and tailor presentations for senior leaders and client-facing audiences.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of direct experience in hospitality, travel, tourism, or food and beverage.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills and experience developing executive- or board-level presentations for industry stakeholders.
• Strong written communication, content editing, critical thinking, attention to detail, data visualization, and visual storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of message hierarchy, evidence-supported titles, and effective business-slide storytelling.
• Ability to assess and preserve essential industry frameworks, definitions, assumptions, and caveats.
• Experience with AI model training, evaluation, rubric writing, or similar work is helpful but not required.

Work Terms

• Remote, independent contractor engagement.
• Flexible, sprint-based project cycles based on your availability.
• Individual slide assignments typically require 1 to 2 hours.

Compensation

$150 to $350 per hour.
