Machine Operator

We’re actively hiring for a full-time Machine Operator , with the opportunity to start in as little as 1–2 weeks. If you enjoy working with technology, running automated equipment, and being part of a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in electronics production. What You’ll Do Set up machines and load components per job specifications Inspect kits to verify correct components and quantities Verify part numbers, feeder setup, and program selection Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments Inspect initial output for proper placement and quality Identify and report defects or equipment issues Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning Complete production and quality documentation What We’re Looking For Previous machine operation experience preferred Ability to read and interpret bills of materials and work instructions Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Basic math and computer skills Good communication skills SMT experience a plus (not required) Experience with Mycronic/MYDATA equipment a plus (not required) High school diploma or GED Schedule Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM We offer flexible scheduling options - we’re happy to work with you to find a schedule that fits your needs.
