A dynamic multi-specialty medical group comprising 110 physicians across 20 different specialties is looking for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join their outpatient team, located just two hours south of San Francisco in Monterey, CA.

Become part of a robust team of 25 primary care physicians working in a modern, state-of-the-art clinical environment that follows a patient-centered medical home model. The organization is expanding its staff to accommodate the increasing patient demand resulting from community growth.

• The position involves 4.5 days of patient care, complemented by 0.5 days dedicated to administrative tasks.
• Base salary ranges from $334,000 to $360,000, with additional earnings potential through wRVU production incentives.
• Manage a patient load of 16 to 18 individuals daily, with 40 minutes allocated for new visits and 20 minutes for follow-ups.
