A dynamic non-profit multi-specialty organization comprising 95 physicians along the beautiful coast of California in Monterey is on the lookout for a Board Eligible/Board Certified General Surgeon or Surgical Oncologist. This role is particularly suited for those with a keen interest in Hepatobiliary Pancreatic (HBP) and Foregut surgery.
Join a collaborative team of four surgeons operating within a 250-bed community hospital in Monterey, which also maintains a strong partnership with local oncology specialists.

• Compensation: Base salary ranging from $513,000 to $562,000, plus wRVU production incentives.
• Specialization: Candidates should have a significant interest in HBP and foregut oncology cases.
• On-Call Duties: Expect to be on call for 5 to 6 days each month.
• Robotic Surgery: Robotic surgical options are available.
• Onboarding Package: A substantial signing bonus is offered for housing assistance, relocation, or loan repayment for eligible candidates.
