Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at AutoNation Toyota Scion Irvine in Irvine, CA. This role is responsible for structuring and finalizing vehicle purchase and lease agreements, presenting financing and insurance options to customers, and ensuring all contracts meet regulatory and company standards. On a daily basis, the Finance Manager reviews credit applications, works with lenders to secure competitive terms, and explains financial products clearly and ethically. The role includes preparing and verifying deal paperwork, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating closely with the sales team to support a smooth customer experience. The Finance Manager also monitors compliance with internal policies, contributes to dealership profitability through effective finance products, and provides ongoing guidance to team members on finance-related processes. Qualifications Strong financial acumen, including experience with lending, credit analysis, and structuring consumer finance deals. Proficiency with dealership management, finance, and CRM systems, and comfort working with digital tools and documentation. Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly. Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in contracts and records. Knowledge of relevant state and federal regulations related to automotive finance, consumer lending, and privacy. Prior experience in automotive finance, banking, or a related field; dealership finance experience strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
