REPFIT LLC is looking for a passionate and motivated Personal Trainer to join our growing fitness team in Herndon, VA! This is your opportunity to make a real impact on clients' lives by helping them reach their health and fitness goals in a dynamic, supportive environment. We are seeking an active personal trainer with a current client base that is looking to leave the corporate gyms and go out on their own as an independent trainer. Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client goals and fitness levels
- Conduct one-on-one and small group personal training sessions with safety and proper form as top priorities
- Perform initial fitness assessments and track client progress over time
- Educate clients on exercise techniques, nutrition basics, and healthy lifestyle habits
- Motivate and hold clients accountable to their fitness plans and milestones
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized training environment
- Build and retain a strong client base through exceptional service and relationship-building
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent)
- Current CPR/AED certification required
- 1+ years of personal training or coaching experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, strength training, and functional fitness
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Energetic, professional, and client-focused attitude
