Compensation: $45,000 – $55,000 Guaranteed Base Salary + Uncapped Commission ($64,320 – $96,480+ Expected Y1 OTE; Top Franchise Reps Earn $100k+) + Dedicated Company Vehicle

What You’ll Do

• Manage & Expand Existing Accounts: Nurture and retain our established $600K multi-family and commercial account base while driving account upsells.
• Convert Warm Leads & Prospect: Work active inbound leads across Miami-Dade and Broward, while strategically opening new property management doors.
• Consultative Field Selling: Educate Property Managers, APMs, and Maintenance Supervisors on how surface repair saves 70–80% compared to full asset replacements.

Candidate Qualifications

• Industry Background: 2+ years in Multi-Family Property Management, Leasing, or Commercial Field Sales.
• Bilingual Fluency: Fully fluent in English and Spanish (required to successfully serve property teams and site managers across South Florida).
• Drive & Strategic Thinking: Comfortable setting quarterly territory milestones to push revenue from $600K toward our $850K+ growth target.
• Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record for company vehicle usage.
