Senior Manager, Procurement Network Strategy (US)

Position Summary Provide strategic leadership for warehousing and transportation procurement. Lead procurement for a large-scale project transforming the global distribution network. Enable long-term network/procurement strategy aligned to growth, cost, service, and risk. Role Responsibilities Lead warehousing/transportation procurement initiatives, including network transformation. Participate in network design reviews and long-range planning. Drive market engagement to identify/evaluate/select suppliers. Build/manage relationships with suppliers and internal/external stakeholders. Design/lead complex RFP events; lead supplier development workshops. Negotiate contracts with multiple suppliers prior to go-live. Maintain deep market knowledge (trends, capabilities, best practices). Partner with Warehouse Global Category Execution and senior leadership. Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Advise make-vs.-buy supplier selection. Interface with 3PL executive leaders; develop strategic 3PL relationships. Partner with DELIVER and BU Source Leaders to drive competitive advantage. Role Requirements Experience in warehousing & transportation procurement; proven large-scale transformational leadership. Understanding of distribution and warehousing operations/practices. Supplier relationship management and ability to influence/engage/negotiate. Experience negotiating complex 3PL contracts. Strong stakeholder management, leadership, strategy alignment, and judgment. Demonstrated RFIs/RFPs/RFQs market engagement success. Experience leading multi-stakeholder engagement with consultants. Strong project/change management; business/P&L acumen. Excellent written/verbal communication; fluent English. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Procurement/Business/Industrial Engineering or related. Preferred / Strongly Desired Master’s (MBA/Supply Chain/Operations Research). CPSM, CSCP, CLTD, Lean/Six Sigma, CRE/CIPS. Other Up to 15% travel.
