We are seeking for LBS1 Certified Teacher for Immediate hire to work in-person with Special Education students.

You will provide non-classroom instruction to students on an individual basis.

Responsibilities:

• Educate students in their homes.
• Design and implement lesson plans as needed.
• Document and communicate progress reports
• Provide constructive feedback for students
• Review and assign homework as necessary
• Facilitate tutoring sessions for the prescribed subjects at the agreed time and location

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with students
• Sufficient knowledge of core educational subjects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:

• Must have minimum 2 year Teaching / Tutoring Experience

• LBS1 Certification

• Reliable transportation, must live close to Elmhurst / Downers Grove / Wheaton

• Morning or Afternoon hours required. Evening availability is a plus.

• Access to the internet, computer, and cell phone
