You’ll work on-site at a single location, offering consistency not only for your routine but also for the young learners you’ll serve. Your caseload will be approximately 7-8 students, primarily with developmental delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and ADHD—giving you the chance to build meaningful connections and deliver individualized instruction.

Key Qualifications:

• Current LBS1 certification required
• Strongly prefer experience with K-2 populations
• In-depth knowledge of instructional strategies for students with developmental disabilities, Autism, and ADHD
• Passion for making a positive impact in the early years of school
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IEPs, tailored to each child’s strengths and needs
• Deliver direct instruction and support in both academic and functional skill areas
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and parents on behalf of your students
• Maintain progress monitoring and accurate documentation
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment for young learners
