• Call schedule: 7 night shifts, either every other day or a full week of nights
• Practice hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM
• Maximum of 10 consults per shift, managing 20 patients with support from Advanced Practice Providers (APP)
• 1 to 2 admissions each night; performing 1 surgery per night
• Providing acute neurosurgery call coverage for adult patients aged 16 and older
• Required skills include spine and cranial surgery capabilities
• Prior experience in acute neurosurgery is essential
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system: Epic
