Director of Family & Community Engagement

Crossover for Work

Alpha School is hiring for a Director of Community Engagement to lead the parent-facing side of a leadership partnership with Guides. You will own the growth, retention, and advocacy of every family on campus, and make real-time judgment calls in sensitive situations. This is aW2 full-time role focused on on-site campus communities across multiple U.S. cities. You will work closely with Guides to align before/after conversations, defend the school's model, and drive local partnerships and #J-18808-Ljbffr
