A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Support (Swing Shift) to support the production of precision thin film circuits by performing fabrication, testing, and inspection tasks while ensuring high quality and consistency in a controlled manufacturing environment.

Manufacturing Operations Support (Swing Shift) Responsibilities:

• Perform fabrication, testing, and separation processes to support the production of thin film circuits for internal and external customers.
• Operate specialized manufacturing equipment, including masking, etching, bonding tools, probe stations, microscopes, and visual inspection systems.
• Handle delicate substrates and circuit components with precision, ensuring adherence to strict quality and consistency standards.
• Conduct visual inspections and verification processes to ensure product quality and functionality.
• Collaborate with engineering, trainers, and production teams to maintain quality standards and meet production goals.
• Follow established procedures and work independently under direction to support daily operational targets and continuous improvement.

Manufacturing Operations Support (Swing Shift) Qualifications:

• Ability to work in an ESD environment.
• Ability to handle and process delicate materials in circuit or substrate form.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
