Job Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and React and a proven ability to deliver scalable, reliable applications and services .

Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop responsive frontend interfaces using React.
• Implement and integrate business workflows using Camunda.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Ensure code quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Create UI test automation using Cypress.
• Perform performance and load testing using JMeter.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with clear communication abilities.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor of Engineering degree.
• Onsite role based in Delaware. Candidates must be local and able to work in the office.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience working in Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience with Terraform.
• Experience with React, Camunda, Cypress, JMeter, and Agile practices.
